Courses can be specifically designed for your needs.  This may be by combining elements of existing courses or designing something new.

 

Examples of such services have included the following courses:

 

Bookkeeping for Idiots – a course designed for Bridgend Association of Voluntary Organisations.  The course explained how to undertake simple manual bookkeeping using practical work from pretend invoices, grant notifications and chequebooks.  It also included a session on the HMRC CD and how to use it to calculate PAYE.

 

Disability Equality Training – a course designed for Pembrokeshire Coalition to train volunteers in disability awareness and encouraging independence.

 

QuickBooks Training – a course designed for Plant Dewi to introduce Family Centre Co-ordinators to using their recently acquired QuickBooks accounts package.

 

  

 

                    

 

 

 

 

 

 

Manage The Use Of Financial Resources – a distance learning pack designed for Swansea Council for Voluntary Service.

 

Legal Responsibilities – 4 half-day modules covering Recruitment, Effective Meetings, Personnel and Financial responsibilities for Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services.  These modules follow OCN unit requirements.
